HOUSE RULES

We’d love to believe that every guest attending an Adults Only event will behave like a responsible, respectful adult—and the truth is, most do. But it only takes one person to ruin the vibe for everyone else.
That’s why we have House Rules—most of which are simply common sense. Still, a few reminders go a long way.

By attending our events, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in a warning or, in more serious cases, immediate removal from the event and loss of future invitations. We have a low-to-zero tolerance policy for rule-breaking.

1. Drink Responsibly
Know your limits. Overindulging can turn a fun night into a regrettable one—for you and your date. Repeated or extreme drunken behavior will hurt your reputation in the community and likely result in being uninvited to future events.
2. Dress to Impress
Please arrive in street-appropriate clothing—we want to respect our neighborhood and avoid drawing unnecessary attention. Once inside, upscale attire is encouraged. No sagging pants. Classy always beats sloppy.
3. Hot Tub & Pool Etiquette
-
No glass containers in or near the pool or hot tub—ever.
-
Please help us keep these spaces clean and safe for everyone.
4. Social Zones Are for Socializing
Please keep conversation to the designated social areas. The dance floor is for dancing—let’s keep it that way to maintain the energy and flow of the event.
5. Consent Is Everything
No means NO.
It doesn’t mean “maybe,” “ask again later,” or “follow me around.” It means no.
We encourage everyone to be polite when declining advances—something as simple as,
“No, thank you. I appreciate you asking.”
can go a long way in maintaining a respectful and welcoming atmosphere.
But to be clear:
A simple “No” is a complete sentence and must be accepted gracefully.
